Disliked: Air conditioning not working on very hot day and windows wouldn't open.

Superb

Liked: Interesting place, spacious, clean, good connection to the city centre. Breakfast was sufficient. There is a shopping park very close to the hotel with restaurants and cinema.

Amazing Stay.

Liked: Comfortable beds, good shower facilities, fresh linen and nice large towels, very friendly and accommodating staff, tea&coffee facilities with hot chocolate for kids and cold water in a mini fridge.very clean room and corridors, nice bar and good looking lobby. Close to the airport and shopping centre with cinema and food outlets just across the road.
Disliked: We liked everything.

Liked: We have stayed at Crowne Plaza many times and has always been a lovely and Comfortable stay . Would Highly recommend .Looking Forward to our next stay .

Liked: Location and historic feel about the building.Breakfast was lovely too.
Disliked: Food pricing was a little on the expensive side…

A comfortable hotel with friendly...

Liked: Very friendly staff, large towels that felt quite soft . Very clean and a lovely woman gave us an extra fan as it was so hot!
Disliked: Shower over the bath - not good for arthritic knees. Would ask for walk in shower next time.
