It was brilliant!

Liked: I loved the history of the building and how the hotel had found ways to retain some of that. Breakfast was great and the staff super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It was quite a long way out of town but that wasn’t a huge issue.

Liked: The outside belies the awesome art deco inside. My room was perfect and the staff were immense. I stay in hotels a lot and this is now one of my favourites.

Liked: The location of this hotel was our prime reason for choosing it. Close to the airport. Staff were pleasant and helpful . The room was tired. Furniture falling apart. Airconditioning not working. Room very hot and unpleasant .
Disliked: Tired. Desperately needs refurbishing

Liked: Room size and comfortable beds. So nice.. and staff were good
Disliked: As an airpohotel(which is why we booked) I hated the fact that we had to get a taxi to the airport.. people book airport hotels generally as there's a 24/7 courtesy bud that takes you to the air.. I think it's so mean/rude to expect tired/wet/emotional people to have to pay extra.. have a bus.. its not ricket science.
