Liked: Staff were absolutely amazing very well clean and tidy lots of things to do inside the hotel food was amazing and super fresh we would highly recommend and we will be back.

Luxurious in Liverpool

Liked: Welcome at Reception superb. Room well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of big towels .
Disliked: For the executive room a fridge would be a good idea

An excellent stay here

Liked: A lovely hotel, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were really quiet at night. A great location. The pool is warm which was an added bonus. A great choice for breakfast. Parking right outside. I would re book this place when i next come to liverpool. 10/10
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect
