Overall a very good hotel.

Liked: Breakfast very good quality.
Disliked: Air conditioning, very noisy and we could not turn the fan speed down in our room.

Liked: Staff were so happy and smiley, really made our stay great.

Disliked: The pictures in the booking gallery don't match. Also the carpets and tiles in entrance is dirty. The staff was not good

Disliked: Was given an accessible room despite booking a standard room. Staff were very dismissive saying that I had booked the cheapest room - completely unhelpful. I am an IHG member but this attitude means I will not be booking this hotel again.

Superb

cold (water) and slightly smelly...

Disliked: No hot water and then an (ongoing) argument with Booking.com over a refund ! a total joke to be frank!

Peaceful and relaxing.

Liked: The view from the room was excellent it was lovely and quiet, the staff made us feel very welcome and were so polite and helpful. We only ate breakfast but it was excellent, thank you for a lovely stay.
