Liked: We really like staying here as it's always very clean and the rooms are lovely. The staff are always friendly and willing to help with anything you need. Also,the pool is great. Definitely be staying here again when we're back.

Absolutely outstanding stay.

Liked: Everything about this hotel is great. First the staff are outstanding everyone I spoke to was elite we were checked in by a lady called Justyka (i think) and she was absolutely brilliant and friendly. We were there for the Liverpool FC hospitality and they let us leave our bag and took it to our room when it became available. The bar staff were very nice and friendly, a younger guy from Belfast working there is so friendly and welcoming. There was a blond lady who was keeping on top of the bar food who also extremely good who checked in our pizzas (which were great). The location is outstanding right on the beautiful dock area. The room itself is great, very very comfy beds, very large and clean bathroom with plenty of towels. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty with loads of options. 10/10 stay.
