Liked: Not much to be fair, some staff were great and others very unaccommodating.Food was good to be fair.
Disliked: Staff weren’t very helpful.Fire alarm on Thursday 23th a July at 4.50am.No roll call to check all guest were outside and it took 40 minutes plus to reset the alarm which I think was BAs considering the fire brigade should have come to site to sign off guests reentering.Nothing done by the hotel in regard to compensation or make it a bit better for guests not even a free meal.A few room leaks to top it all off as my party had 10 rooms booked.

Enjoyable but not worth what...

Liked: Breakfast was good, health suite good.Room was ok, bit small, but comfy which is main thing.
Disliked: £19 a day to park is a disgrace, should be free.It rained one day, they had buckets all over reception catching water leaking from the roof.I dont pay £200 a night to see this.Overall, not worth what we paid, wouldn't go back, plenty more hotels in Liverpool to try.
