Liked: Staff were great, rooms comfy, beds a little soft but not uncomfortable. Location was perfect and food and service were excellent!
Disliked: Not much. Beds slightly soft

Disliked: Room wasn't, cleaned very well, wet towel left on bed tea and coffee facilities not re stocked bed just straightened.

Liked: Ideal spot to tour the city, we booked the hotel to see bruce Springsteen at anfield stadium, had a great time
Disliked: The price we had to pay was expensive, everything else was as we would have expected

Will definitely be back!

Liked: The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The facilities were fabulous, the room was clean with plenty of space to put belongings and sit and relax.
Disliked: Nothing at all, we were very impressed by everything.
