Liked: Great breakfast, nice room and good facilities
Disliked: Long wait to check in even though I had already checked in online. We did get complimentary drinks because of the wait, but then they didn't have the drink I wanted and the bar lady couldn't change the barrel because she was on her own. No robes in our room, so had to go through reception in our swim gear to get to the pool. Bed very uncomfortable so didn't get a very good nights sleep.

I would not return here....

Liked: The decor was up to date and it looked lovely. It was clean.
Disliked: The staff were too busy for us. We also had the half board package, which was a mistake. The food wasn’t to our taste so we asked to be refunded for the 2nd night. This was not possible, apparently. It was also like a zoo, kids running all over, the breakfast wasn’t worth the money we had been charged, no pastries and orange juice was dilute juice and the coffee was terrible. My partner is a Platinum member and he even expressed how port the hotel was.
