Quality hotel for the price...

Liked: Great hotel, lovely staff. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off in the night and had to evacuate outside but it was incredibly smooth. The spa/pool was a lovely area and included in the price but was too busy to go in at one occasion at about 4pm on a Friday. Breakfast was good with vegan options and decaf, and I believe you could request gluten free. Roughly a 15 min walk into the centre of Leeds.
Disliked: It doesn't state when you first book that the parking which is available isn't included in the price and is £18.50 a day.

Liked: Didn't get to use the pool as the kids took over but it was very nice to see n hopefully next time I'll get a quick swim
Disliked: No dislikes it was a really exceptional place n will be back again the only down fall was looking out the window had a car park n empty lot but the hotel is definitely class

Liked: Everything! The staff mainly! Breakfast was amazing and a bonus as we didn’t expect it included, free parking, close to the centre. We will be back !

Room was perfect and staff...

Liked: Good location, close to the centre and easy to find. Room was clean and the staff were friendly. Added breakfast on in the morning and was exactly what I needed.
Disliked: Went down to use the pool in the morning. The pool area was okay, sauna wasn’t really hot but that was fine. The changing rooms were dirty though. I felt the need to shower in my room after showering in there. The amount of hair surrounding the shower areas made it clear they hadn’t been done for a while. Not very nice. I decided against using again the second day.
