Comfortable stay

Liked: The property is located in the heart of Leeds with lots of amenities nearby. The staff was polite, helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The spa area might need some improvements, for example the pool was a bit cold and sauna was not fully operating. Steam room and gym were nice.

Good

Liked: The hotel looks impressive when you arrive. Reception staff friendly. Room furnished well. Modern bathroom. Location to town good. Breakfast really nice. The family rooms with two double beds are spacious.
Disliked: We had a dirty sheet on one of the beds . It was too late to get this changed when arrived back late. In any case we had been trying to get hold of reception to see when room service ended and there was no answer , and no answer at the room service extension. It was 11.30 but couldn’t face getting dressed and going downstairs so we made do. It was a shame as everything else was good.

Liked: Pool, jacuzzi etc was wonderful, brekky was great and excellent range. Room clean and spacious

Great stay with good location

Liked: Rooms were spacious and had all the usual amenities you would expect. Added bonus of having a gym and pool to utilise was great. Breakfast - good choice of food and drinks available. Staff really knowledgeable and helpful!
Disliked: Gym and pool areas a bit dated now and could do with some upgrades and fleshing up.

Great hotel - with some...

Liked: The hotel staff were extremely friendly, great breakfast and handy to have a pool and car park on site.
Disliked: We stayed in a double queen family room for four people. Unfortunately, the beds were not particularly comfortable and really not suitable for two people to share. It would be much better if the hotel replaced them with proper doubles. Another downside was the additional £18 per night charge for parking. Although we were informed about this in advance, paying over £50 for three nights of parking felt excessive—especially as we didn’t sleep well during our stay. Overall, it turned out to be quite an expensive trip for us given the lack of comfort.

Disliked: Info about the gym and spa are difficult to locate.
