Crown Plaza, a great find1

Liked: The whole experience was very good, right from check in this was dealt with very quickly, the room was excellent and the breakfast was very good and a good range to choose from. The location is good not far to walk to city centre.

Excellent staff

Liked: Staff fantastic especially Yasser who could not do enough for us.The guy is a credit to the hotel.The lovely Filipino lady on breakfast was so very helpful.
Disliked: Nothing Nothing!!!

Liked: Very nice hotel. Helpful staff and the place was very clean.Breakfast was really good. Lots of different choices for my family to eat.
Disliked: Having to connect my phone to the TV to watch apps. It was very inconsistent getting my phone to connect.

Had a good 1 night...

Liked: The staff. They were all very friendly and well communicated.
Disliked: Parking charge, extra hidden charge £18.50 to leave your car at the hotel property which you are already paying for. Not enough selection for breakfast buffet. Very small selection of tea available. The “spa” was very basic and outdated. The jacuzzi only run for 10min, and then have 5min rest period, which seems waste of time.
