Check in time was 3 p.m and our room was not ready on time. Bed was very uncomfortable; mattress springs and mattress very uncomfortable. Large stains on the side of the bed shams.

Liked: The location was our main reason for booking and the facilities available to use at the hotel were another reason also. (Pool and arcade for kids)
Disliked: The room had a severe leak from an exterior wall, we were the corner room and it rained pretty heavily on our last night there that the carpet was soaking wet with freezing rain. My suitcase was soaked that was laying in the corner of the room. Our shower design had a huge design flaw, no matter how we positioned the shower head the floor outside the shower was getting wet. The shower head itself didn’t work and sprayed in every direction even over the half shower wall provided. The arcade was very sad. Only half the machines work and some even just stole your money. While the answer we got at the front desk is that it’s run by a third party.
