Check in time was 3 p.m and our room was not ready on time. Bed was very uncomfortable; mattress springs and mattress very uncomfortable. Large stains on the side of the bed shams.

Nice hotel; staff members pleasant; room clean; close to everything. Would recommend it.

Disliked: We paid for a room for three guests with three breakfasts. We were given only two breakfast vouchers. Their rationale was not right considering we paid a higher price for three breakfasts. The non-smoking room was decidedly smokey. The windows opened maybe 2". The heat was turned off but there was heat coming from somewhere- room was excessively hot. There is noise from ducts that never ceases. The shower tiles are moldy.

Liked: The environment is cool and building exterior looks good but the inside wasn't all that superb.
Disliked: The a/c of room 219 where I stayed doesn't. Despite complaining to the front desk, he came to check it and it still didn't work. Disappointed much.
