Check in time was 3 p.m and our room was not ready on time. Bed was very uncomfortable; mattress springs and mattress very uncomfortable. Large stains on the side of the bed shams.

Nice hotel; staff members pleasant; room clean; close to everything. Would recommend it.

Liked: The breakfast was fine, staff were lovely
Disliked: The way we were dealt with, the ceiling in the our showroom clasped, we. Came after a party @ 4.00am. No conderation given to the inconvenience that caused us , were offered a room on the 10th floor when we were staying on the 3 floor. No compensation offered, in fact our email hasn’t been responded to.Very poor service, no consideration for the customer given. We’re told we had already paid for the stay, even though we endured a clasped ceiling and out stuff there ruined!

Disliked: It is looking tired: buckling wall paper, poorly patched ceiling, washroom handles coming apart at the touch, toilet paper holder not secured, noisy air conditioning, old luggage carrier that you have to handle, no attendants...
