Check in time was 3 p.m and our room was not ready on time. Bed was very uncomfortable; mattress springs and mattress very uncomfortable. Large stains on the side of the bed shams.

Nice hotel; staff members pleasant; room clean; close to everything. Would recommend it.

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel several times, always in an inner room--not street side. This time we had a room right on King Street, and the traffic noise kept us up all night. We requested a different room for the next two nights, and staff was accommodating and apologetic. They upgraded our room at no charge and promised an inner room for our next stay.

Disliked: - dirty hallway and bad smell- broken shower, no shower curtain, soaked floor after shower- noisy air condition fan- smelly parking lot and not easy to accessif you just want to find a pillow to sleep for a business trip, it's acceptable, TBH.but if you'd like a quality time with your family, stay away, literally IMHO.
