Too many problems with inefficiency....

Liked: Location in middle of Duvall, most staff nice. Housekeeping terrible. Room never cleaned, had to ask every day. Nates in shower constantly. Never cleaned bath floor or vacuum rugs. Door card didn't work for 1 hr one day. Lots of Cuban food in restaurant pricey food & room. Decor in room nice & lobby bar nicely decorated.
Disliked: Better housekeeping staff. Went to small pool on a Sunday after all day boat trip at 5:30pm & found pool bar area closed, no food. Inconvenience to guests. Market store is not included in daily $30.00 credit why since food & beverage are products sold?

Right in the heart of...

Liked: The location for this hotel is worth it. Only 1 block from Margaritaville Cafe and gift shop. It is right in the heart of Duval street with plenty of restaurants and shopping around. The sight seeing trolley stops right in front of the hotel is a surprising plus.
Disliked: It is a bit pricey, but worth it for the location for us.

Liked: Hotel is in a good location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional.
