Terrible, for sure not recommending...

Disliked: First surprise, they couldn’t find my booking in their system and have to call booking.com with no luck. I end up paying again to get the room as i travelled more than 24 hrs and couldn’t go around to find another one. Staff was almost not cooperative, let you do everything while sitting idle at the reception desk, a complete disaster.
