Disliked: Paid for a double room with an ocean side view - got stuck in a single with a side view due to the hotel being overbooked. Management was unable to correct the problem due to my third-party transaction.

Liked: Location. I have cancer, and needed a getaway that included an ocean veiw. I specifically choose this location. Sadly I did not feel well, and had to wait for an upgrade that I paid for and eventually came. The room was nice.
Disliked: My original was a non veiw room on the second floor overlooking a parking structure and nothing. It was disappointing. I paid an extra 30 and waited two hours until my new room was available. Checkout is at 11 and I asked for a complimentary 11:30 check out. They could not accommodate.
