Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: Room service was extremely poor …5 nights booked and the room was only cleaned once Requested clean towels on numerous occasions and no replenishments of coffee tea etc were provided I shared my views consistently and on check out with the manager Ryan who acknowledged my disappointment and apologised and agreed upon my request and kindly refunded 2 nights as an apology which I gratefully accept

I am not pleased..

Liked: The location was really good.
Disliked: The hot water went out. I got a text message when I first got to the hotel.....Im not sure why no one would tell us that the hot water was out.

Liked: Dirty room, old food. No hot water. No TV. Rude staff. Toldcwe'd be reimbursed in 2 to 3 days, it's been 5, nothing yet.

Liked: I reserved two queen but got 1 king.

Disliked: No pool use flor family..or hot tub. Main reason for booking there. In town for UIS baseball.

Would stay here again.

Liked: Check in was an easy and pleasant experience. Rooms were clean and easily accessible. Close to restaurants and event we were attending. Like the bar onsite.
Disliked: Would like to have a few amenities explained or offered at check in. Prefer bar soap rather than liquid but what was offered smelled pleasant. Starbucks priced way higher than the Starbucks down the street.
