Exceptional

Not great!

Liked: The location of the hotel for my purpose of the trip was great!
Disliked: The elevator didn't work right after I checked in. The outlets in the room shorted out my laptop charger and another outlet felt unsafe, as it was loose while I tried to plug another charger into it. The bathroom had hair on the tub wall, even though we had just checked in. I was honestly expecting a better experience considering the hotel.

Disliked: Bed bug, and they refused to change the room afraid of bed bug spreading.

Good

Liked: Easy access to the airport and close to highway.
Disliked: We had neighbors that decided they wanted to keep everyone up until 2am. Staff could not contain them.

Liked: All the staff was great
Disliked: First pool and hot tub down. Received no notice it was closed. Picked the hotel for relaxing by the pool then arrived to find the pool closed for maintenance. Really? In April when you should be opening the pool. No offer of anything and too late to book somewhere else. Then to room and carpet dirty. Some red drink spilled all over the carpet and stained. Just looked dirty in general.

Liked: The mattress and pillows were amazing!!
Disliked: The coffee pot quit working on the second day of our stay, and we were told we would have to pay for cup of coffee. They offered to get us a new coffee pot, but we were checking out. I feel that we should've been able to get a cup of coffee for free.

Liked: Friendly airport shuttle! Ends at 11pm though, it's a short uber ride if arriving in the night
