Convenient but no communications.

Liked: A very busy hotel, ideally located by the cruise terminals. One lady on the front desk was unpleasant, at best. Really unhelpful. The emails our family sent (about 10 in all, from different family members) all went unanswered. Room was very dull & dark. Lady at car park was amazing! Really helpful.

Disliked: Shit employee attitudes, shit overpriced, poor quality, roaches in the fitness center. Pool not skimmed.
