Liked: Room was very clean.
Disliked: Computers in business office did not work and no one could fix them and I really needed to print out my concert tickets.

Liked: I didn't stay at this property because I was told reservation was canceled. Which i didn't do. So I stayed somewhere else.. I'm not happy

Disliked: The food was pricey and cold! Nothing complimentary. $4 for one cup of coffee. The pool closed too early. Should NOT have to pay for parking when you spend so much money to sleep in hotel. Just another way to take money from your customers :(

Liked: Enjoyed the meals at hotel restaurant and the pool/patio.After our cruise, we returned and stayed on May 11-12. Reservation error made by Booking.com was corrected by Crowne Plaza Hotel Reservation Manager on May 3, 2025.
Disliked: Not applicable.

Way to short to enjoy...

Liked: The property was clean and smelled great.
Disliked: Everything about the property was great. Bad experience with the Front Desk director when calling to check on my reservation. Called reservations and corporate and made a complaint. He apologize once he me us.
