Liked: BIG change from Holiday Inn to whatever it is now.Almost deserted, nothing open inside. It used to be a gleaming bustling conference center. Had I been alone i would not have stayed there. Dirty parking area...staff was nice enough, room clean but hallways were dark & just sketchy.
Disliked: Until a major chain comes in it will be avoided. Sad to watch it go downhill.

Liked: the hotel was in a perfect location, within the confines of the mall property. It was clean, the AC worked well, the shower was amazing and the check in/out process was so simple.
Disliked: The room was a little bit bare-bones but it was fine for our needs. We were there for a lacrosse tournament so we didn't need too much!

Liked: Hotel restaurant really good, and staff very helpful with answers to my questions. Breakfast buffet excellent and staff very friendly.
Disliked: WiFi practically non existent unless you were close to lobby area. I was on first floor waaaaaayy back in a hallway buried away from signal.
