Overall our stay was enjoyable.

Liked: The room was very comfortable, clean and provided a quiet atmosphere.
Disliked: Communication between the breakfast staff and booking details.

Liked: Super close to city center! Prime location for any events at Avenir Centre. Secure parking, great rates, speedy check in , however if you have an event at the center next door, arrive early as we were in a long HOT lineup for apx. 45 minutes to check in during a busy stay.
Disliked: The air quality/heating/air conditioning. During our stay there was a lack of AC during an extremely humid sticky warmer day adding to the sweat build up waiting to check in (which was speedy for the amount of people in line up to check in). This was also a vocal complaint of everyone waiting in line that the main lobby had very little air flow and was super hot and stuffy.The alarm clock in our bedroom also was set for 5am to ring at full blast, which woke us up by scaring the daylights out of us both haha! So be sure to check the clocks before sleeping.
