Definitely needs updating, better lighting and plumbing.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Hot - had 2 rooms on the 6th floor and A/C just didn't seemed to be working all weekend. Bathroom in both rooms required double flushing at all times, seems pointless to suggest being green with the laundry when you are having to flush twice every time you use the facilities.

Liked: The location of the property was nice.
Disliked: Cleaning staff needs better scheduling system or need to wait till Check out to come in the rooms. On site Starbucks is not good. Front desk employees was blunt and told me what I need to do at this hotel and others. I travel for a living and never had a cleaning person walk in on me then to be told by from desk Tom that I need to put a do not disturb on the door. If check out is at 11 then cleaning staff should not clean the rooms till then unless them have a recorded check out. Cleaning crew don’t even knock just walked in. Very unprofessional across the board.

Liked: I made us of fridge in room and either ate breakfast out with my sister or ate yogurt in my room before meeting sister for later brunch but there is restaurant available in lobby. Having the same housekeeper was nice, she was very good (Maria). Room very clean and comfortable. TV worked well, good choice of channels and premium channels including Netflix. Rooms are quiet. Warming/cooling system works well and quickly and is quiet, no loud fan.
Disliked: Microwave in room would have been nice. But I know there was one available in lobby.Free bananas would have been nice. But I stopped at local store and bought a couple. It would have been easier for me to access bathing if I’d had shower chair to use in bathtub. The safety bars were good but I would have felt safer if I could have sat down on a shower chair.

Liked: The hotel is spotless. It is located just 10 minutes from downtown and there is ample free parking. The hotel is located by an abundance of shopping opportunities and good coffee and good food. The rooms are lovely and the beds are very comfortable.
Disliked: My only complaint is the towels. The towels need to be replaced.
