Liked: The room was clean and very nice. Staff was great.
Disliked: I had to push back to receive free breakfast vouchers. Did not receive at check in. Realized they were needed when I went to breakfast with my family. I was told by manager that only 2 free breakfasts were included with stay typically. I pulled up my reservation and showed there were no limitations. Once I pushed back after 10 minutes I was granted the free breakfast I was promised when I reserved. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth to have to push back to receive something I was promised with reservation. Manager was not friendly and acted like I was at fault. Definitely needs additional training to be in hospitality field.
