Disappointed in my reservation getting...

Liked: I did not get to stay. They were overbooked & called me to tell me they could not let me stay even though I made a reservation days before as I was already traveling. This left me on the road with no reservations.
Disliked: I did not like my reservation being canceled just an hour before I was planning to check in. This is not a good way to do business.

Won’t be back.

Liked: Drunks beating on our doors all hours with small kids in the room. They were terrified. I had to sleep with my gun at my bedside.
