Crowne Plaza Hotel Harrisburg-Hershey by IHG

Very disappointed with housekeeping services. Called front desk several times to have room made up - they never showed. Finally just got towels. Also on checkout we noticed our tire and rim was damaged on the front passenger side. The manager in duty took a picture. There was yellow paint where valet hit the curb. My husband called the following day to discuss with the hotel. They asked if we made a police report. Also they said they reviewed the cameras and they didn't do it. This is a total lie. We did not go anywhere and parked next to the curb.

Everyone was helpful with attention to making sure our stay was good. Would definitely stay there again, mainly because of the friendly staff.

The Crowne was ideally located. The room was comfortable and clean. Small bathroom, but workable. Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff and valet parking!

The Crowne Plaza was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff was polite, considerate and accommodating. The food and wait staff at the hotel's restaurant was excellent! I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel during my next visit to Harrisburg.

Disliked: Valet parking was HORRIBLE, no microwave in room, and room could use an upgrade.

Close to hospital

Liked: Clean rooma
Disliked: Charged $25.00 to park at their hotel per night. Put us on the street side across from the hospital ambulance traffic noise all night.

A good hotel if staying...

Liked: Hotel is easy to find and get to, staff was super helpful and nice. The valet parking was smooth and efficient.
Disliked: Walls are a bit thin. We could clearly hear the party getting started in the next room (but the super helpful staff quickly moved us to a nicer room on a quieter floor)
