Very disappointed with housekeeping services. Called front desk several times to have room made up - they never showed. Finally just got towels. Also on checkout we noticed our tire and rim was damaged on the front passenger side. The manager in duty took a picture. There was yellow paint where valet hit the curb. My husband called the following day to discuss with the hotel. They asked if we made a police report. Also they said they reviewed the cameras and they didn't do it. This is a total lie. We did not go anywhere and parked next to the curb.

Everyone was helpful with attention to making sure our stay was good. Would definitely stay there again, mainly because of the friendly staff.

The Crowne was ideally located. The room was comfortable and clean. Small bathroom, but workable. Walking distance to everything. Friendly staff and valet parking!

The Crowne Plaza was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff was polite, considerate and accommodating. The food and wait staff at the hotel's restaurant was excellent! I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel during my next visit to Harrisburg.

Liked: The gift bag at check in was nice! Very nice bathroom. One of the better bathrooms I have used in any 3 star Hotel. Bed was comfy and a nice king sized bed. TV worked! Room was properly stocked with everything you need. Even had bathroom pump soap!
Disliked: I wish breakfast was continental and a part of the service would make the price a little better and a better deal.

Ok, place for a night.....

Liked: The pool was very good. Didn't get too much enough of it. I was there for only one night, but my kids said the water was very nice and warm. The valet attendant was nice, and the only 2 housekeeping people I did see were also nice.
Disliked: Front desk people were not welcoming at all. Being a prior front desk agent myself, i know that customer service is everything they just need to work on being more friendly and provide information on the hotel. The restaurant was closed, and I had no idea what time it even opened . I saw no breakfast upon leaving food overall, which was a huge problem. I had to walk outside the hotel to go eat. i would rather have stayed inside eating . Water pressure was not the best
