I would never stay at that hotel ever again. Just an awful experience.
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable; noise was horrible. Didn't sleep at all. Worst Crowne Plaza experience of my life.

I would not stay there again.
Liked: Our view.
Disliked: The smell. The valet. The temperature.

When I come back to Dallas it will always be the Crowne Plaza. The staff is the best. Thanks for all you help.
Liked: Everyone in the valet was just wonderful! The shuttle service to go where you had to go was excellent, and they even took me back to the airport at 4:00am in the morning when I made the reservation with them. Didn't want to take a taxi because I felt like everyone in valet had become family to me.
Disliked: Not a damn thing!

Had a great time there. Other than the hidden fee for parking, it was excellent. Staff did great and was very helpful.
Liked: Great staff.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was great but the A/C could have been better. We loved everything else about the hotel.
Disliked: A/C not cool.

I was expecting a little more. The staff at the check in counter was very pleasant and helpful. The staff when we got there after the concert, not so much. I was appalled that there was no room service after 10p.m. The vending machines were a nightmare, only accepted one dollar bills. The coke machines were supposed to accept credit/debit card, but they (we tried several on different floors) kept declining mine (which was perfectly good - I used it the very next morning to pay for incidentals and get some cash at the ATM). We were tired and hungry after the concert and it was annoying not to be able to find anything to eat and drink at the hotel (the little refrigerators were empty in the rooms) - advertising as a "concert hotel", wouldn't you expect late night hungry guests? Other than that it was a perfectly adequate hotel, nice and comfortable. I am one of those that likes the old fashioned atmosphere so that was a plus to me. Would go back again, but would prepare better for late night snacks if used for post concert dormitory.
Liked: Very clean and old fashioned elegance; food at restaurant was good.
Disliked: No room service after 10p.m.

We would stay again because it was so close to the venue. But would want better A/C!
Liked: Parking at the hotel and the great view of downtown Dallas. The staff was great.
Disliked: The glass on the sliding door to the balcony was broken and just taped up with duct tape. And the A/C - the room never got cooler than 78 - it was a hot night!
