Liked: Excellent greeting by reception when we arrived and the service was top notch!Excellent breakfast - everything possible was available.

Liked: In excellent location, next to centre. Room really good, staff helpful.
Disliked: Had to wait at bar for a while to get served. The lifts were very frustrating and had to wait for ages for one to come to the 8th floor. The drink facilities for getting tea and coffee were not good. Much prefer drinks to be served to table in pots. So many queues to get drinks.

Liked: Great breakfast and well worth the money . Staff all great and good parking in Central Harrogate location ... close to stuzzi fab eating place . There is a great buzz about all the social areas
Disliked: It was very warm ... the lifts can get busy at peak times especially breakfast and getting to car.

Liked: best location for conference, it couldn’t of been closer but the walkway from hotel to conference was locked on this occasion. great breakfast superb location and excellent parking with big spaces.
