The staff were very friendly; the room was very nice and the beds were comfy. The hotel was very nice and will plan on staying here again in the future!

Very Disappointed!!!
Liked: I’ve always appreciated the Crowne Plaza Greenville for its comfortable facilities, convenient location, and the typically friendly and professional staff. That’s why I’ve consistently chosen this hotel when visiting the area.
Disliked: I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your Greenville location. As someone who has chosen your hotel multiple times in the past due to the quality of the facility and the friendliness of your staff, this experience was unfortunately not up to the standard I’ve come to expect.Upon arrival, I was surprised that no one was present at the front desk, and it took someone sitting in the lobby to get the attention of a staff member. When she finally appeared, I greeted her politely but received no response. Instead, she immediately asked for my phone number, ID, and name without any warmth or basic courtesy.To make matters worse, the rate I was quoted at check-in was $30 higher than the rate I had secured through a booking app. When I asked about the discrepancy, she didn’t offer a clear explanation and instead said she’d call her supervisor. What I found particularly upsetting was her assumption that I couldn't afford the fee—something I never stated. I simply questioned the price in change. Assuming my financial situation based on that was offensive and inappropriate.She eventually said the additional charge would be “dismissed this time,” which felt dismissive and made it seem like I was receiving a special favor, when in fact I was only asking to be charged the agreed-upon rate.Once I got to my room, I discovered a used, wet washcloth hanging on the shower rod. This was not only unsanitary but also extremely disappointing.I’ve always appreciated the Crowne Plaza for its comfort and professionalism, but this recent stay left me feeling undervalued as a guest. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as I would like to continue choosing your hotel for future visits to Greenville—but only if I can trust the level of service and cleanliness will meet your usual standards.

Disliked: Property didn’t accommodate my stay because they didn’t see my payment in their system even though I paid though booking.com and had confirmation to prove it. They still turned me away and refused to talk with booking.com agent to confirm that I had paid

Liked: We like the location most of all.
Disliked: We had issues with our key card entering the hotel from the parking lot. After at least 3 times re-coding our card, it still didn’t work. So the receptionist contacted maintenance. It was fixed when we went to the parking lot the next morning. This is my fault for not checking that our room charge did not include breakfast. And the breakfast we purchased Saturday morning was not worth the $34 we paid. If I would’ve checked, we would’ve definitely selected a bit more expensive hotel that included breakfast.
