Disliked: Did not include breakfast wanted $15 most other hotels in area included breakfast

Disliked: No microwave in the room

Love the hotel, didn’t love...

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: The sink was very slow to drain and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly without lifting the door up to align

Liked: It’s sad that we arrived at 3am really tired after 19hrs on the road driving. Thinking the room we run to to get comfortable in is nice and clean. When we finally open the shades and turned on all the lights.
Disliked: The room was disgusting. The alarm on the counter next to our water bottles were crusty with a black substance. The couch got wet with a damp towel and the white towel turned brown.

Disliked: Nice lobby but staff were not welcoming at all. Like we were a burden.

Very comfortable and nice experience

Liked: We didn’t eat there but the rooms were nice and clean
Disliked: The staff was horrible. I avoided the lobby because my check in interaction was terrible. They didn’t even act enthusiastic to see me for check in. Just dry. Acted like I had been there already and spoke to me like I knew where to go and what to do already. They were very unprofessional. I work in luxury hospitality settings and they need to be trained again.

Liked: The staff is always friendly.
Disliked: The bed/mattress quality is a little low to be a Crowne hotel.
