The staff were very friendly; the room was very nice and the beds were comfy. The hotel was very nice and will plan on staying here again in the future!

Liked: We like the location most of all.
Disliked: We had issues with our key card entering the hotel from the parking lot. After at least 3 times re-coding our card, it still didn’t work. So the receptionist contacted maintenance. It was fixed when we went to the parking lot the next morning. This is my fault for not checking that our room charge did not include breakfast. And the breakfast we purchased Saturday morning was not worth the $34 we paid. If I would’ve checked, we would’ve definitely selected a bit more expensive hotel that included breakfast.

Pleasant facilities but has some...

Liked: Pleasant room conditions. Off an interstate ramp but hard to enter access road. Hotel appeared to be clean. Close to gas stations,unique restaurants, and good shopping nearby.
Disliked: Room 134 bathroom door hard to shut and lock. Parking lot has very tight spots which are not outlined clearly. Access road from interstate ramp hard to get to and is not signed to help out, out of state residents. Breakfast should be free or at least priced cheaper than is. Rooms need microwave ovens to reheat food.

Disliked: The adjoining restaurant “Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse” was not in proportion to the hotel. The hotel was a 3 to 4 as far as I would rate it. The restaurant high end at least in price.
