Comfortable bed and the food was very good. Absolutely amazing experience; staff were so helpful; couldn’t have asked for more.

Disliked: Nothing.

Fab hotel to stay in for the OVO or SECC. Only a couple of minutes walk away. Great views from the bedroom window over the Clyde. Easy walk into Glasgow from the hotel. Highly recommend.

Liked: Staff really helpful; whole place spotlessly clean; great breakfast choice; nice pool and gym facilities.

We stayed for one night to see The Corrs; the hotel was very good; the food was delicious with plenty of choice; the staff were very pleasant and helpful; the only negative was that they drowned my drink - I ordered a vodka and diet coke and I got a very large glass full of tap coke. It was awful, so I never drank it and never ordered any more. Also the hotel is a 2 minutes walk to The Hydro.

Liked: Took 45 mins just to check in. Very poor especially when your paying £400 per night. Room very basic.

Liked: Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: We were given handicapped room even though we did not request one and had no reason to request one. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Shower curtain was ineffective, and water leaked over most of bathroom floor. Accidently pulled emergency cords trying to turn lights off. As compensation, we were given access to Club Level lounge, which was poorly stocked. Made for a nice quiet place to work with access to water & coffee, but that was about it. Not worth multi-nights sleeping in an uncomfortable bed.Hotel location was convenient to our conference venue, but that was about it. Public transportation was unreliable, and we ended up having to walk considerable distances to get anywhere.
