Very good hotel with swimming...

Liked: Very good hotel. Location was good for me. Spa and swimming pool very good. Staff very friendly and helpful
Disliked: My room was a long way from main entrance. So when I could not get the key to work was a long way back to go to the desk for them to reset it. That was fine for me as I can walk ok. Might me harder for people who are not so good at walking

Liked: Hotel facilities are excellent.Great spa, pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.Staff were amazing, Mark the F&B manager, Tina, Rogerio and the dining room staff.The food was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing, all good.

Liked: I liked the location and venue for the wedding I attended.
Disliked: In room 206. The toilet seat, which was supposed to be white, was stained with either tanning products or makeup. I have a phobia when it comes to bathrooms. For the price I paid to stay for 2 nights It should be spotless. I've paid less for hotels where everything was spotless. The housekeeper should be checking these rooms regarding issues like this.

Liked: Location to the wedding venue we were attending Cleanliness. Good breakfast .
Disliked: The air conditioning didn’t work properly The accommodation didn’t have enough light and the bathroom didn’t have a fan The shower door handle was missing in the inside of the shower

Super staff ,amazing facilities and...

Liked: I thought the staff and facilities for the money was exceptional we stayed in room 235 and it was very large ,comfortable bed and a super bathroom with large bath I found the staff very helpful with a lovely atmosphere the spa was great ,car park very easy lots of seating to sit at and have a coffee I don’t think you could find many places any better for the money ,also the breakfast! Highly recommended if you need to stay in this area
