Liked: Breakfast best we’ve had in any chain hotel in uk, bedroom comfortable and slightly basic but no concerns front desk extremely pleasant and bar staff and breakfast just think cost was too high

Liked: Very clean and bright, friendly efficient staff, and love the pool
Disliked: …more electric car chargers maybe? Both me and my friend have electric cars and there was a few others waiting to use the one charger :)

Amazing 1st time

Liked: Having never stayed in a Crowne Plaza before, I found this to be a very nice clean hotel. The staff were very welcoming. The facilities were clean and also the surrounding areas.
Disliked: I couldn't fault it.

Comfortable and spacious

Liked: We stayed in the club room as a group of 3 whilst visiting family nearby. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfy! It had everything we needed for our stay including iron, hairdryer, robes and slippers, shower and hair products which smelt amazing! We had complimentary breakfast added onto our stay too which was delicious, all staff were super friendly as well
Disliked: Nothing, we couldn’t fault anything about our stay
