Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was so dated, and dirty. The bathroom ceiling was a drop ceiling and the covering was exposed. There were also rusted holes on the side of the tub. As soon as we walked into the room, it smelled musty and old. The condition of the room was horrible compared to the price we paid and the facilities need a complete reno!

Liked: Everything was good.. guy at the reception was pleasant.. the location was nice and quiet and the hotel was really nice.. the lobby.. our room was clean no complaints at all and my little one and I enjoyed the pool..
Disliked: I only stayed for 1 night but there was nothing not to like.. everything was fine..

Liked: I have to mention Annemarie at the desk. We were caught in New Jersey floods. All roads leading to the hotel per GPS were flooded. I called the hotel and she stayed on the phone with me for 40 minutes till we finally found our way to the hotel. What an asset to the crown plaza.. She was wonderful. We will be visiting our Grandson at FDU. We will definitely stay at this hotel.

Poor reception staff and tired/unworking...

Liked: The rooms were comfortable and clean The shower was excellent The staff at breakfast were absolutely excellent, super helpful and kind. These guys need a raise!
Disliked: The reception staff are miserable and unfriendly The pool was packed with what seemed to be a swimming lesson - on a Sunday morning!! What about guests??!!Only one lift was working which is ridiculous in a hotel with 9 floorsThe mini market had nothing worth buying in it We stayed here two years ago and it has changed for the worst
