Great hotel. Conveniently located near the Bergen Performance Arts Center.

I look forward to my next concert at the Bergen Performing Arts Center just so I can stay here again!

Disliked: Had to change rooms management was a problem. Overall was not a good experience.AND some of the rooms smelled.

Great place to stay as...

Liked: Although the hotel is a few years old, it was very clean and well preserved. Great place to stay as it is near the Newark Airport and the George Washington Bridge to go to Manhattan. There was great free parking here also. The Customer Service persons who booked me in and out of the hotel were fabulous and a pleasure to deal with.
Disliked: The fact there is no full day restaurant available at the hotel. ALSO, there should be food plates and culinary in the rooms with microwave ovens. Other than this, everything else was great.

Very good

Liked: The first room I walked into the bathroom was leaking from the ceiling and the floor was flooded. That was on the fourth floor. The air conditioning wasn’t on. It wasn’t really ready. Nobody inspected it to know. I was moved up to the eighth floor. The room was freezing cold it was excellent. The pillows were decent. The bed was comfortable. The comforter was comfortable. The television played the shower. The next morning was good all in all the eighth floor was a nice experience. The fourth floor was a disaster.

Ok stay but may choose...

Liked: The location is good with an easy bus connection to NYC. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a nice French-style bakery nearby.
Disliked: The room smells a bit perhaps due to poor ventilation. The facilities are older than I expected (ps., photos on the website look much brighter so a bit misleading).

Liked: The hotel the price the nice sraff

Liked: Clean and close to stores.
Disliked: Breakfast buffet overpriced. $16 for eggs bacon and watered down oatmeal . Indoor pool way too small for such a large hotel.
