Very good
Liked: I like that the hotel location was on a bus route from the station. I would have used it if I didn't have extra luggage.

Overall nice hotel
Liked: Close to shopping centre
Disliked: Close to motorway. Noisy when window was open. Room very hot

Fine for an overnight stay
Liked: Bed was comfortable. Staff are very pleasant. Breakfast was decent. Chef will cook eggs to your liking. Everything else is buffet.
Disliked: Fruit at breakfast is out of tins. Doesn't need to be fancy but I prefer fresh cut fruit.Apart from the bedroom, the whole place feels dark and claustrophobic. The reception area and lobby are uninviting. The bar feels long and narrow too. It was fine for a one night stay but I wouldn't like to stay much longer.

Sophisticated relaxed night away in...
Liked: Loved bubble and squeak birds in the reception. The decor was exceptional and the staff were amazing, the check in phone call was a first and a hit!!

Disliked: Very small double beds these should be rather large single beds, receptionist unnecessarily complicated my access to the gym ... Long checkin waiting time because the same receptionist was unnecessarily chatting with one of the guest and he seen we are waiting there tired with kids and lot of bags ....
