Disliked: Sparse amenities, tiny bathroom, no water bottles in room, WiFi very weak at times

Disliked: The breakfast. It was additionally charged as well. However the booking clearly mentioned complementary breakfast is available.

Disappointing

Disliked: Our queen suite room didn’t seem clean even thought it went through inspection. We also hand an aunt problem. We were able to get moved to a different room with two queen beds and that room was cleaned.

It was a fantastic stay....

Liked: I had originally booked a room with a river view but was given a city view. That was ok but when we could not find the television changer my husband called the front desk. The gentleman gave us a river view room (suite) that was spectacular! We went for my birthday and to see a baseball game, the view from the room was beautiful and the lights at night on the river....Just fabulous.
