Liked: Very nice and perfectly situated hotel, real good quality-price value, this place is working well, its clean, its safe, and if you are higher up you'll get a great view too. My respect to the staff, they are all very friendly and always ready to help. Also, i like the hotel bar a lot, Mo' who is responsible, he is a great host, very nice, very humble, with great humor, and his team is top as well, they show amazing hospitality and make you feel at home. I'd come back anytime, they are the best, yes they are! See you all next year again, thanks for everything!
Disliked: In general, the US have become very expensive, i hope that this will not go on in this direction.

Liked: The Staff! The Staff was sooo friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: I didn’t like that you have to pay to park now, which is super expensive if you have to go in and out all day. The parking use to be free at this location which is one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I also didn’t like that the rooms were not clean. Bed lien looked dirty and hair between the sheets and there was a cockroach in bathroom. There is also isn’t anymore ice machines.

Disliked: I arrived at the property, laid on the bed, and changed my clothes. When I went to use the restroom, I saw that the room had not been cleaned. The shower was full of a man’s hair. It was disgusting, especially since I had already laid on the bed and used the room’s furniture, even used towels, which probably have been used by someone else’s, before realizing this.They later moved me to another room at 3 AM, but I had to wait 20 minutes because there was only one employee managing the entire property. The new room they gave me reeked of food, and the sheets didn’t feel clean at all.After a long day, I came here expecting to relax, but instead I had to deal with this.To make things worse, the elevators were not working because a fight had broken out in the building. The property was surrounded by police cars and ambulances, and I was forced to use a dirty service elevator because the guest elevators were shut down due to blood from the incident.This has been my worst hotel experience by far. The staff couldn’t offer a refund because I booked through a third party, and they basically dismissed my concerns when I reported everything at checkout.
