Liked: It would have been nice to help a person with disability to get the room early when it was requested
Disliked: Waiting for a room when it was requested months earlier. Room has stuff in the toilet, snacks and drinks were very expensive and extra charges not worth it. I'm disabled and drive 7 hours to be told we couldn't check in because we got the room through booking. com

Disliked: Air conditioner was terribly loud and disturbed our sleep all night.Request pool scene room.They gave me room 121 opened window and it was the main gate entering into the pool. So we had noise from the gate opening and closing all the time
