Disliked: Air conditioner was terribly loud and disturbed our sleep all night.Request pool scene room.They gave me room 121 opened window and it was the main gate entering into the pool. So we had noise from the gate opening and closing all the time

Clunky weekend.

Liked: Love the fact that there was breakfast available so we asked for it and was told it would be added to our room, only to be told that it was never added? Why not just say that then.
Disliked: Check in was obviously someone new. Offered breakfast and parking at check-in in. Neither happened. Shouldn't there be a trainer with newbies? At least the room key worked.
