Crowne Plaza Columbus North - Worthington

Good but not up to the standard that I would expect from this chain.

Liked: The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Disliked: I had thought I had booked a 2-double bed room, but was assigned a king bed room and wasn't asked at check-in if it was OK. I also hadn't realized that I had signed up for reservation insurance at additional cost when I reserved a room online. Also, I was disappointed that the restaurant stopped serving breakfast at 9 a.m. on Sunday morning.

Everything was nice and clean; only thing that threw me was the deposit we had to put down after already paying for the room in advance. I was unaware of that being done.

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: There was an odor but not enough to bother me.

A better place to stay over Motel 6. Staff needs to maintain the rooms.

Liked: Close to the venue.
Disliked: There was a water leak in the bathroom. The ceiling was falling into the shower. Plenty of dirt and cobwebs in the corners of the room.

Good stay; comfortable; loved the pool area.

Disappointing

Liked: Nothing, the front desk worker was not helpful and came off rude. The elevators are on the other side of the building and having an injury from the pool it made my stay very unhappy.
Disliked: My room was gross and falling apart, the ceiling was peeling off and so was the wallpaper. A broken lamp,gum on the floor, stains on the carpet, broken door etc. Just not at all what was pictured in the booking. I will never stay at a crown plaza again. Not to mention the key cards kept deactivating

Liked: It was kinda away from the crazy city.
Disliked: The Hot tub had been filled in and no longer there :/

Liked: In the morning attending breakfast, I was asked to leave the hotel because I did not have a reservation to be there and when it was confirmed that I did have a stay there that night prior no apology was big enough to accommodate the embarrassment that I experienced

Liked: No Breakfast available so couldn't tell you.
Disliked: Was charged $60 up front for "incidentals" supposed to be refunded, but haven't seen it. Did NOT LIKE that.

Not sure I'd stay again

Liked: I had a room
Disliked: The bed was ok. The window did not have a good seal so it was loud. The room faces the pond so hearing the annoying geese all night was awful!! The breakfast was not the best either, seemed everyone said something was cold. Also reception ladies checking me in could have had a nice attitude.

Nice and comfortable. Good Breakfast.

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Toilet was running, flapper chain was too long and would get under flapper. We figured out how to get it to stop, but it needs fixed permanently.
