Crowne Plaza Columbus North - Worthington By IHG

Good but not up to the standard that I would expect from this chain.

Liked: The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Disliked: I had thought I had booked a 2-double bed room, but was assigned a king bed room and wasn't asked at check-in if it was OK. I also hadn't realized that I had signed up for reservation insurance at additional cost when I reserved a room online. Also, I was disappointed that the restaurant stopped serving breakfast at 9 a.m. on Sunday morning.

Everything was nice and clean; only thing that threw me was the deposit we had to put down after already paying for the room in advance. I was unaware of that being done.

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: There was an odor but not enough to bother me.

A better place to stay over Motel 6. Staff needs to maintain the rooms.

Liked: Close to the venue.
Disliked: There was a water leak in the bathroom. The ceiling was falling into the shower. Plenty of dirt and cobwebs in the corners of the room.

Good stay; comfortable; loved the pool area.

Liked: We didn’t walk around or use any of the amenities
Disliked: The room looked like a room out of a motel 6

Bed Bugs! Hotel is not...

Liked: It was nice to have an out door pool, however the tables and chairs were not in good shape. I tried to move the table a little closer to the kids and the whole top fell off.
Disliked: The hotel has bed bugs!!!

Liked: That it was clean.
Disliked: The shower and sink drains didn't work and you were told about it right away.

Worse stay Iv ever had!!

Liked: Nothing pictures show hot tub but definitely not one!!
Disliked: Our ac was broken let them know Friday still wasn’t fixed Saturday night when I got back from concert was so miserable had to leave at 1am bc we was so hot!! Called down was told no one was available for maintenance and that they would give use free breakfast for the inconvenience witch is not acceptable!!

Liked: Bad was very disappointed of the buffet. No yogurt hard pancakes need a waffle iron. No decade coffee. Cleanliness was poor. No tea. I've seen better breakfast at cheaper hotels
Disliked: Could have had sausage gravy baskets and waffle iron. Pool had broken handrail.

I will not stay there...

Liked: Comfortable beds, decent shower
Disliked: Booked handicap accessible room. Received room with one hand bar on bathroom. Moved to second room and same situation. We have stayed at this hotel before and had accessible room that met our needs. Overpriced,especially when you consider breakfast was an additional charge.
