Good but not up to the standard that I would expect from this chain.

Liked: The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Disliked: I had thought I had booked a 2-double bed room, but was assigned a king bed room and wasn't asked at check-in if it was OK. I also hadn't realized that I had signed up for reservation insurance at additional cost when I reserved a room online. Also, I was disappointed that the restaurant stopped serving breakfast at 9 a.m. on Sunday morning.

Everything was nice and clean; only thing that threw me was the deposit we had to put down after already paying for the room in advance. I was unaware of that being done.

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: There was an odor but not enough to bother me.

A better place to stay over Motel 6. Staff needs to maintain the rooms.

Liked: Close to the venue.
Disliked: There was a water leak in the bathroom. The ceiling was falling into the shower. Plenty of dirt and cobwebs in the corners of the room.

Good stay; comfortable; loved the pool area.

Refugee hotel?

Liked: The gentleman running breakfast was very busy constantly and also very nice, helpful and courteous. The room was very nice, bed comfy, great view of pool, big tv, and so soundproof we couldn't hear anyone else. The water pressure in shower was amazing! Pretty much don't get that many places. One of the big reasons we picked this place was because of the pool and it didn't disappoint. Outdoor difficult to find nowadays but indoor/outdoor almost unheard of! Very nice, clean and kept up.
Disliked: Our biggest complaint was the pot smell every time we got into an elevator or came across another guest. Alot of the other guests seemed kinda ghetto. We wondered at one point if it was a refugee hotel or something. Like we are not rich or entitled but felt like the richest people there! Maybe because the place is older and Polaris building all the hotels taking away from this area. (Overall, sadly we probably would not stay there again or recommend simply because of the clientele.)The towels in swimming pool area were tiny. Like between hand towel and bath towel sized. The restrooms in there need updating also Very dark, dingy and women's only had an almost gone, wet roll of tp on floor. Only complaint about the room is that the a/c seemed like it had to turn on constantly and that wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't so stinking loud. Getting refreshments at front desk was like being robbed. No prices posted and ridiculously high. I paid $9 for 2 reg size candy bars and 1 tiny bag of chips. After getting total i should've just said nevermind, but would've felt embarrassed. I get the convenience thing but gas stations don't even charge that much.

Disliked: That is paid for my stay before I checked in then they asked me for a card to put a security deposit that would be refunded in a couple days to my card which is fine but they didn't do that they charged the room to that card also. Which meant I paid twice for 1 room for 1 night. So instead of paying $128.08 for 1 night I paid $256.70SO IF YOU STAY KEEP TRACK OF YOUR CARD FOR AT LEAST A WEEK SO IT DOESN'T HAPPEN TO YOU. Mine was charged for second card 3 days after I left.

Passable

Liked: It was a good location. The bedroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was not great!
Disliked: The breakfast was so-so. In the morning, when we were having our breakfast we were informed that only diamond elite members could have the free breakfast - but that was not communicated to us when we checked in. They had to put us in a handicapped room which I really did not mind, however, the bathtub drain was super slow and the water accumulated in the tub as I was showering. The shower was really hard to operate to get the right temperature.

Liked: The bed and pillows were comfy.
Disliked: Toilet was running really loud, called front deck, asked if we wanted maintenance now, I kindly said no. We are there long enough to sleep. But that was annoying. We weren't offered a new room. Mold in the bathroom, and in the main area. Will not go back. Big patch on the ceiling of what looked to be wet at one point ....
