A better place to stay over Motel 6. Staff needs to maintain the rooms.

Liked: Close to the venue.
Disliked: There was a water leak in the bathroom. The ceiling was falling into the shower. Plenty of dirt and cobwebs in the corners of the room.

Liked: The Crown Plaza brand has become questionable from location to location. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this facility was still keeping itself to a higher standard. Everywhere we walked in the hotel was clean, including our rooms.
Disliked: There was an issue with the elevators with no signage on what to do... A maintenance man told us to use the maintenance elevator. The net morning, same issue, same resolution. A small sign would have been well served...

Liked: Location off the interstate while being close to our downtown destinations was great along with the overall cleanliness of the hotel.
Disliked: Saturday night was a little loud with doors slamming and people talking loudly, but it happens in a hotel.

Liked: I liked that it was in north Columbus.
Disliked: This hotel needs a lot of work. I really think the lady that checked me in gave me the worst possible room she could find. Room 125 is right next to the highway and a pond full of quacking geese. The tub drains slowly and leaked all over. Horrible stay!
