Clean room, but almost all...

Liked: Staff was friendly. The hotel looked like it was renovated recently and looked stylish.
Disliked: I stayed one night for a business trip. When I arrived to check in at night, there weren't any staff at the front desk. At least two other parties were waiting before me for check in. I was able to checkin eventually and the staff apologized for the wait and was friendly.The room itself looked nice, but the towels in the bathroom was a big problem for me. There were visible stains (mysterious tan color or yellow stains and obvious makeup stains) in two bath towels and one face towel. I eventually managed to find a semi-stain free face towel and used one side of that to dry myself. I did not bother to ask for new towels since it was so late and I was tired from working all day.

Disappointing

Disliked: I have never been to a hotel were you have to ask for housekeeping to come clean your room, and make sure anything needed is replenished. I stayed here for business and asked 2 days in a row for housekeeping, only to return to my room in the late afternoon to find it how I left it. The air was not working, again asked twice if it could be looked at as DC was in the 80’s during my stay again nothing was done. The restaurant was good but didn’t open until 4:00 and closed at 10:00 there were guests coming in from long flights trying to just get something to eat and drink at 9:30 to be told you can order but we close at 10:00. Right at 10:00pm the lights at the restaurant were turned off and the liquor was being removed at 9:50. That doesn’t make guests want to come back when they are being rushed out. I will not be staying here again, and I’ll make sure my business travelers choose another hotel on their many trips back to DC

Liked: Location, area that it was in was nice and safe.
Disliked: The breakfast Buffett cost 20 dollars and I would have never purchased this. I assumed it was comp breakfast like most other places that have Buffett style like that.

Liked: I don’t like the fact that you get charged for stuff that you don’t want or need and I want my credit card refunded IMMEDIATELY
