Disliked: It was loud. Our room faced towards the highway, and there is constant traffic noise. The windows are so bad that it sounds you are sitting outside.The housekeeping barely made the beds, one day not even that, and cleaned the toilet, but nothing more. There was a bug on the bathroom floor for the whole time of our stay, meaning the floor wasn’t cleaned once. Same goes for the surfaces in the room. The towels were very cheap ones, and smelled like grease, as did the linens.The ventilation in the bathroom didn’t work, so one can expect mold.The clientele of the hotel is loud and disrespectful. We had several nights with 3am screaming, yelling, banging doors etc. or 6am kids playing in the hallway throwing a ball against the walls. There is no respect for other guests.The entrance to the stairs to the hotel floors is outside of the hotel. The door on the sidewalk level not only didn’t have a lock, it didn’t even closed at all. Anyone from the street could enter the hotel without ever being noticed!!

Nice hotel, needs some upgrading

Liked: The hotel was close to our venue and the highway. The staff that I encountered were professional and respectful. The breakfast was fair and the staff were helpful and good service.
Disliked: I didn't like that only two out of the three elevators worked and we had to wait up to 5-10 minutes to get an elevator. The elevators are were quite dangerous because the doors close before you can walk through. Our room was so hot that I became ill. The shower door was broken and there were signs of mold on the ceiling of the room. There was a lot of police presence at about 3:00AM because people were basically having a party in the parking lot. We suffered through the heat for one night and requested a room change for the second night. The room was much better.

Very nice time at this...

Liked: We had a good time. Facilities were good, and the breakfast was exceptional. Service for breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The charging stations were plentiful in the room but they were out dated, and were not up to rapidly charging my devices.
