This was the most uncomfortable...
Liked: Location was good
Disliked: It was filthy. Not sure our room was cleaned. Looked like the beds were slept in, sheets and pillow cases were wrinkled. When I pulled the sheets down, there was a dead bug in the bed and blood all over the sheets. There was a razor in the shower from a prior guest. I called the front desk and the guy said he would give us a new room. When we went down to get our keys, there were multiple people waiting to get a new room. The keys to our new room did not work and the tv did not work either. There was hair on the fresh towels. There were large sticky spots all over the carpet. The refrigerators in both rooms did not work. There were piles of sheets on the floor in the halls our entire stay, never touched. It was very hard to relax and sleep, not knowing if we were in clean beds. Only one of three elevators worked and it was so slow, we had to take the stairs every time.

Disappointed
Disliked: Well...when we got downstairs for a 330 am shuttle we were told there was no functioning shuttle . They did not have a back up plan....had to scramble for an Uber like the other people waiting. They just informed us of no shuttle and proceeded to stand at the front desk and not help anyone problem solve this.

This is top three worst...
Liked: I liked the location and it ends there
Disliked: Pool closed, internet not working, 2 of 3 elevators out of order, leftover food in the refrigerator, 4 inches of standing water in the shower. $200 a night gets you a roof only I guess

For being a crown Plaza...
Liked: Location
Disliked: Long line at the counter only one person working on a Friday night took forever to check in keys. Did not work in the door. Had to go back down standing in line again second set of keys did not work in the door. Had to go back down standing in line again, then finally a person went up and and used a special key and change the code and made it all come together, but took three timespool hasn’t worked in a year and a half looked very old and beat up all the doors had worn out at the bottoms carpet was down to the threads just not good

I will never stay at...
Liked: We were not able to stay
Disliked: When we arrived, we were told we could not check in because their system had been down since the night before. They could look up and see our reservation. We were confused as the hotel appeared extremely crowded and busy. The man at the counter was rude, never apologized, never gave us any alternate suggestions or alternatives. I was obviously upset as we had driven 5 hours to get there and were left to scramble for another hotel. I asked the desk attendant a few other questions and the manager, who was hanging around but chose not to talk to us, told him to ignore me. We come to the area frequently have stayed at his hotel before. This hotel is near the campus of Baldwin Wallace and is one that the college recommends. We have already recommended that other BW families avoid this hotel and I will be contacting the college to take it off their list.
