Extremely disappointing experience

Disliked: We paid a premium price because of two major events going on in Cleveland - Women’s Final Four and Solar Eclipse. Our bathroom floor was filthy, looked like it had food crumbs all over it. The toilet paper holders were broken, resulting in TP roll popping off the holder and onto the floor every time it was touched. Folding luggage rack was falling apart, missing screws and unusable. When I asked during reservation process for AAA or AARP discount, I was told to do that at checkin at hotel. During checkin, I was told it should have been done during reservation process. Really? Which way is it? I could not use either discount, which I consider a ripoff. It would have been a nice thing for your hotel to honor either of the discounts. Last, but not least, we had two towels for 3 people. And one was ripped.
