Disliked: We have some insects in the room and bed, it was very disgusting and they did nothing they just send us to another bad hotel and it is 30 minutes away from our event, our holiday was very bad because of the hotel

Disappointing

Disliked: No, the property did not meet my expectations. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was informed upon arrival that there were no available rooms. This caused significant inconvenience, especially after a long drive from another state with two small children.

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful when I arrived. We opted to eat dinner at the restaurant/bar. It was nice to have a location within in the hotel for meals. We also paid extra for breakfast. Nice to have that option. Our server at both meals was friendly and attentive.
Disliked: The food itself at dinner was okay, not great, not bad, just fine. We paid extra for breakfast. I was really looking forward to the breakfast but I was disappointed. It was standard "hot breakfast options" that you would find at the average hotel that has a hot breakfast. When I purchased the breakfast online, I assumed that it would be an upscale type of buffet with waffle and omelet stations or it you could choose off of a menu and it was made to order.
