Liked: The breakfast and bar area was loverly and clean
Disliked: The rooms was awful smelt the curtains was all torn and stained it was terrible

Liked: Staff clean room location
Disliked: Car park was horrendous needs to be widened & more space for cars was not able to park had to park next in the pay car park next door. This is why I was not happy with my visit.

Very enjoyable stay!

Liked: Very unappealing view of the property before entering! However, this all changed when we went inside. Attractive decor. Reception staff were exceptional. Very helpful, friendly, informative, knowledgeable and professional.Room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. Bathroom very clean with all expected amenities. Breakfast was exceptionally good with a large choice, some that were new to me. The availability of freshly cooked items such as eggs Benedict was very welcome. All stall here were also extremely helpful and friendly.It was only a very short walk to the centre of Chester.We will definitely be staying again!
Disliked: Only the outside view of the property.
