Ok, as expected. Good location.

Liked: Location, staff friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We were on a quiet floor but it was not quiet, doors slamming at night. Seems some people don’t understand quiet. Breakfast very expensive so only ate there one morning.

Disliked: Tv would only work on one channel, contacted reception and they said they would send someone up but nobody came, car parking states 24hrs we where told we had to be out the car park by 2pm even though we didn’t arrive til 5pm the previous night. As a IHG platinum member, I didn’t book via the website but through booking.com, on arrival I was assured I would still gain my points for the stay but got nil points.

Disliked: Originally we had a super delux room with ajoining door which we did not want. ( previous bad experience ) No other rooms of the same type we were available so we offered a standard room second floor. No offer to refund difference or offer free breakfast to settle difference We experienced constant doors banging through two nights, kept waking us up! So very poor sleep. Door springs too tight and they just slammed when closing, waking all guests in the corridors.
