Crowne Plaza Cabana Hotel By IHG

My friends and I stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! We enjoyed the pool area prior to the concert and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The rooms were very clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if ever in the area for another concert.

ok so its super nice but thats about it...the looks are all it has...i show up to have a nice weekend and i hottub has caution tape around it! GROSS! then the staff is extremely rude unless ur a snobby rich folk..discrimination! then police block the hotel off and the staff tell me to go back to my room i wasnt allowed to leave like really? we cant leave our hotel what is this? then the staff says they are going to call the cops on the person i was staying with because he forgot his room key.....and did they help him no!!! he had to sit outside the room for hours...then to top it off they charge 150 smoking fee when we did not smoke in the room we smoked on the patio outside our room which apparently ur not allowed to smoke on?

Very good

Liked: The room, facilities were all fine. Came for our daughters graduation.
Disliked: The breakfast did not get stocked up, so during breakfast time things were missing.

Disliked: No kettle or microwave in room. Internet was intermittent. The business centre needs an upgrade. computers are old.

Liked: Fresh, clean, staff was very nice.
Disliked: No water provided in the rooms (at least one bottle should be given)

Liked: Good location with kind staff. Keep in mind they charge $20 per day for parking

I enjoyed my stay just...

Liked: The room was very very nice and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the robe that was provided to the guest after a shower or bath and the nice amenities that were provided for the guest to use
Disliked: I was not aware that I was charged $20.00 for parking at hotel, I didn't notice that charge until I returned home, which I live in Stockton, Ca, a little unhappy about the charge which I feel I should not be charge for parking

Liked: Dated Hotel with motel rooms.
Disliked: The property is dated and needs to be remodeled. A coat of paint isnt an update.
