Liked: It was far better than other places where I have stayed in Brussels. The restaurant and bar facilities were very good. The room well appointed and quiet. Reception service excellent. A very good light buffet and wine included in the price. Nice parkland with water right outside the hotel.Altogether very pleased.

Disliked: Staff in the dining room were not at all welcoming or informative. Almost rude. Front desk staff were very nice.

Disliked: Shuttle from airport only runs until 23:00. The way to get from the city center to the hotel is through airport. We spoke with the front desk before leaving to the city and no one informed us about the shuttle. We were sitting and waiting for a shuttle.
