Liked: The front desk receptionist Meghan Thompson was very helpful and honored our upgrade to a beautiful suite.

Liked: lean room, comfortable bed, an exellent breakfast with many choices

Disliked: I had no house keeping and no hair dryer.

Liked: The rooms were spacious and inviting. The pull-out sofa accommodates one additional person, but no more. Clean rooms .
Disliked: The pull-out sofa is meant for one person, not for two as stated on the website.

Liked: Location was right in the middle of traveling to Boston and Salem which were two of the main places I wanted to visit the most.
Disliked: No microwave in the room and over priced drinks in their "market" since they didn't have any vending machines.

Disliked: One of our key cards was either never enabled or disabled itself. My husband got locked out. The pull out sofa was broken upon inspection. Seems it’s been broken for a while so I’m wondering why they hold $100 for so long if they’re not inspecting prior damages. Moved to another room. After being in this room for 2 hours our key card wouldn’t work again. It was late and we had one working so we waited til morning. By that point neither key cards would work and we were trapped outside in our bathing suits soaking wet. The housekeepers would not let us in for safety reasons and we had to walk quite some way to the front desk. We’re told by front desk this happens at midnight the night before check out. Never had this happen anywhere else, and probably should make guests aware before check in if this is true.
