Amazing

Liked: Everything was amazing, the staff was super friendly, they even checked us in earlier than expected. They offer you a coupon for drinks at the bar if you choose not to have your room cleaned daily, which is amazing.
Disliked: We had no soap at arrival, but in the second day they brought us.

Satisfied and will stay here...

Liked: The room was spacious and comfortable. A large bottle of water was provided for free everyday which was useful. The location was good and quite easily accessible by public transport and walk. The staff were helpful, polite and courteous. Good value for money.
Disliked: Hotels don't provide dental, shaving kit without us having to ask them. Maybe these could be asked at the time of check-in. Also, coffee, creamer sugar etc., should be fully replaced by housekeeping and not partially as was the case on some days.
